We’re not open every day (just Friday, Saturday, and Sunday!) and that’s the charm. Each bake feels intentional, fleeting, and worth savoring.
Mother’s Day Preorders Are Open
Sweet things for the ones you’re celebrating (and maybe a little something for yourself). Our Mother’s Day menu is filled with small-batch pastries perfect for brunch tables, gifting, or slow mornings.
Preorders close May 7th, or earlier if we fill up.
Pickup: Sunday, May 10th from 9am–noon
Meet the Kouign Team
Chelsea Tripp founded Kouign Bakery with the belief that pastries should feel joyful, imaginative, and thoughtfully made. Trained in top kitchens across the country, she brought her craft, and her curiosity back home to Wallingford in 2021.
