Step into our world of butter, flour, and whimsy. At Kouign, we bake like time doesn’t exist, in small batches, with seasonal flavors, and with the kind of care that only comes from doing what you love.

We’re not open every day (just Friday, Saturday, and Sunday!) and that’s the charm. Each bake feels intentional, fleeting, and worth savoring.

Easter Preorders Are Now Open

Our Easter preorders are officially open. From brunch-table pastries to sweet treats for the holiday weekend, everything is baked fresh in small batches and available by preorder.

Orders close March 30th (or sooner if we sell out).
Pickup: Sunday, April 5th | 9am–noon

Meet the Kouign Team

Chelsea Tripp founded Kouign Bakery with the belief that pastries should feel joyful, imaginative, and thoughtfully made. Trained in top kitchens across the country, she brought her craft, and her curiosity back home to Wallingford in 2021.
